The Location: Centrally located in Sky Harbor Resort ☀ 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge Parkway ☀ 15 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg ☀ 15 minutes to Dollywood Roads are well maintained but can be a bit steep and winding in certain areas on your way up to the cabin, mostly the last 1/4 mile. If you are traveling during the winter please check the weather as 4X4 or AWD vehicle may be required if snow is in the forecast. Please make sure your vehicle is capable of making a drive up a moderately steep hill before booking. Most guests have zero issues but a few guests noted having to accelerate to get up the last hill. Recommend travelers insurance as there are no cancellations due to weather or vehicles not capable of driving up the road. Our professionally designed cabin is crafted to bring the tranquility of the outdoors inside. The main level family room is both cozy and sophisticated, featuring a plush sectional sofa, a 65" HDTV, and large windows that frame the stunning mountain scenery. A dual-sided fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The living area flows into a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with custom blue cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. A dedicated coffee bar ensures your mornings start right, complete with a Keurig, a 12-cup drip coffeemaker, a French press, and a milk frother. Enjoy meals together at the farmhouse dining table. Upstairs, a second living area doubles as a game room, featuring a comfortable leather sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a pool table, foosball, and classic arcade games for endless entertainment. This spacious retreat sleeps up to 20 guests: Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King bed, HDTV, seating area, and access to the dual-sided fireplace. Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): King bed and a large HDTV. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King bed, high ceilings, large HDTV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Two Queen beds and a large HDTV. Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): Bunk room with one twin-over-full and one full-over-queen bunk bed, plus a large HDTV. Additional Sleeping: Two sleeper sofas. Step outside to experience the true beauty of the Smokies. The home features two full-length, wrap-around decks. The main covered deck is an oasis with a brand-new hot tub, a stainless steel grill, an outdoor dining area, and comfortable rocking chairs. The upper balcony offers four hanging egg chairs and two swing chairs, perfect for enjoying the expansive views. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing.

No refunds will be provided due to weather or vehicle issues getting up the hill. Please make sure your vehicle is capable of making a drive up a moderately steep hill before booking.
