Everything matched the listing description and photos exactly. Communication was proactive, there was more than enough linen, it was clean, and we had zero issues or concerns. This was our family’s first trip with three generations together, celebrating the family our Grandad built, and we’re already planning to make it a yearly tradition!

Everything was great, I’d say the roads to the home were pretty steep, however it was my first time there! Everything was beautiful and they were very quick to respond! Highly recommend!!

Our family of 10 just spent a week here and it was absolutely perfect for our group. If you like a beautiful view from the top of the mountain this is your place. You will encounter some bears however, our family truly enjoyed watching a mother and her Cubs climbing in the trees. David, our host was nothing but exceptional answering any questions that I had the road to the cabin is quite steep so be prepared for this. But the view is amazing once you get there. It was very peaceful and enjoyable. We will definitely be going back for our next family getaway. It is a short drive to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The peacefulness that this place will bring you is amazing.

I can’t recommend this location and host highly enough. We were in the area at another home that we had to vacate immediately for unexpected repairs. David stepped in and quite literally saved my vacation. The moment my teens entered the house they pronounced it “sick” (high praise!) and were begging to stay longer. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but David’s place deliberately moved well past functional to exceptional. You won’t regret booking this one!

Had a large birthday gathering with 19 people. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, large table for dining on the deck, didn't really hear noise from one floor when on the other, text and hot tubs were quiet and comfortable and clean. David was responsive and frequently checked to make sure we had what we needed. Would totally stay here again and recommend it any others!

We stayed a week with our 6 year old son and sister and grandparents. The house is huge and beautiful. Great views. We cooked and grilled every night. We fished everyday and my son loved every minute of it. We caught a couple huge bass and along with plenty of smaller fishes. We saw deer and a fox and a turtle swimming around the pond, plus tons of birds. We went in the hot tub everyday and enjoyed the outdoors and great nights of sleep. We watched huge projection TV and sat around the fire pit at night. Food city is 5 min away for all needs and we went Walmart a few times. Very close. There was so many Arbnb options to choose from in the area and we feel very fortunate to pick the right one. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit. Our hosts were helpful and responsive!! Amazing vacation!

We loved staying at David's place! He was an excellent host and was super helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home, as our family made so many amazing memories here. It will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Wow! What a place! Our family of 5 loved everything about this huge cabin! The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs were a major hit! We loved swinging outside and playing the yard games provided. It was quiet and safe and easy to get to. Everything was clean and cozy. We highly recommend this place for families (especially big ones) or large groups. The hosts are so kind, accommodating, and communicative. Beyond a 5 star stay!!! So memorable!

Extraordinary stay! This cabin was magnificent! It came equipped with everything we needed. The arcade and pool provided hours of entertainment...the kids didn't even want to leave the cabin! It was an amazing experience and we will be back again and again!

The cabin was spacious and clean. The cabin offered large private bedrooms for the amount of adults we needed while still have a comfortable space for the kids. The amenities were beyond entertaining for the kids and they never got bored. We had a party of 23 and no one was ready to leave the property. David is extremely responsive and was always overly helpful. Instructions were clear and necessary. Thank you for a great stay.
