Davids place was amazing! It was everything me and my friends and family could have asked for. The description was right on point and nothing was lacking in the house. The linen even passed my blue light test so that's always a 5* for me! David has new propane brought to us without any hesitation. It was peaceful, he was not a nosey host constantly texting and asking questions. The pool was cold but the hot tub was amazing as everyone enjoyed their time there. Movie time in the theater room was epic as we all cuddled up in provided blankets and enjoyed a few horror movies over the weekend. When i come to the smokeys sometimes the wifi is sketchy but this place wifi was on point and we were running several laptops and firesticks without a glitch! Thanks for having us and we know your guest that will follow will all have 5starreview's as well! :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This cabin was perfect! The location couldn’t be better—only about 5 minutes from town but far enough out that you don’t hear any road noise. It’s in a small neighborhood of cabins, but this one sits a little higher up so the deck and hot tub feel pretty private. The indoor pool was super cool—not huge, but plenty big to swim around and hang out in. The heat and AC worked great, and the place was super clean and exactly like the listing described. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking this cabin again for our next trip!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was easy to get to and conveniently located near Dollywood and all the fun in Pigeon Forge. We hadn’t realized it was part of a community of cabins, but that turned out to be perfectly fine. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and a great place for our family to relax and spend time together.

This place was excellent for our family fall trip. The kids had a wonderful time with many amenities and so much to do. The hosts were very responsive and there were very clear instructions prior to check in that made everything seamless. Will definitely be booking again in the near future

So clean, nice location, friendly host, BEAUTIFUL cabin close to nature, we even met a few furry friends while chilling outside! Also off the strip but not far from anything. We will most definitely be booking again!

Very beautiful place. Quiet and peaceful. The grandkids loved the indoor pool and the 2 video games. Close to all attractions. Only suggestion is for new mattresses as they are a bit saggy. We all loved the place and David was very responsive when any questions arose.

My entire family throughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out, David was very responsive. The house accommodated everyone in my family. The bedrooms were very spacious. The entire property was clean and spotless! The kitchen was big enough to fit my family of 20. We were able to eat together and enjoy each other’s company outside. We were very pleased with the amenities. Words can’t describe how comfortable we were these past few days. We highly recommend this house, and plan to come back!

The place was wonderfully clean and offered a great view. The pool was good, and the hot tub was excellent. The pool table and games with the theater came in handy, especially since I had a group of 12 people. They also provide a crib and high chair for children. All the rooms had TVs, but who had time to watch them? The community is very private, perfect for morning walks or runs.

Such a wonderful weekend and loved being able to have our family all in one house! We were able to do a family style dinner on the patio area and it was beautiful.

David was great! He provided a full guide prior to arrival that made everything super easy. The cabin itself was super clean with easy check out instructions. The cabin is in great condition and matches everything in the pictures. Cell reception and WiFi was great as well. Traveling with small kids I especially loved the pool alarms and locked door to help keep them safe. Loved everything.
